Gmail trigger not working for email summarization workflow

In Workflow, the Gmail trigger fails to activate, although the AI summarization works when run manually.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create Workflow

  2. Receive any new email in Gmail

  3. Wait for workflow execution

Expected result:
Workflow should trigger automatically and send a summary to Slack.

Actual result:
Gmail trigger does not fire; summarization only works when run manually.

Impact:
Prevents automatic email summarization and real-time notifications.
