Repeated fails with “TypeError: fetch failed sending request" after 5+ tweaks

What happened?

When requesting an edit to a workflow after multiple previous tweaks, Glow consistently returned:

“Error processing request: exception TypeError: fetch failed sending request”

with no other messages in chat. This persisted across multiple hard refreshes and different prompts of varying complexity.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open an existing workflow that uses Slack approval.

  2. In chat, prompt multiple tweaks (5+)

  3. Observe the TypeError fetch failed response.

  4. Hard refresh and retry but still fails.

What did you expect?

Glow should either apply the change or return a structured error explaining why it can’t regardless of the amount of previous tweaks.
